Keeseville to Port Henry NY - Keeseville to Port Henry is a 39 mile segment of the Lakes to Locks Passage along the New York shoreline of  Lake Champlain. Other communities on the route include Port Douglas, Willsboro, Essex, Whallonsburg, Wadhams and Westport.
